i lived here for 9 months on the nine month lease. we never had a problem with the managment and the call guy was nice, friendly, and would always ask how your day was and strike up a conversation. i locked myslef out of the apartment once and called the number and the maintenancce man responded to me right away-although you do have to pay 20 bucks right then when he lets you back in. there was a lot of rats/mice running around though. and i lived in the complex with the playground and PLEASE dont bring you children to play there-the people who have dogs let them poop and then cover it with rocks....i learned that the hard way walking through the swings and had quite a mess on my shoes on two occasions. the only thing that really got me upset was when we left our apartment when the lease was up i went cleaning crazy to be sure that i got all of my 600 dollar deposit back. i washed the cabinets, some walls, all mirrors and windows, i even rented a carpet washer and cleaned every square foot of the carpet. and then they charged me 480 for denting the floor in the kitchen', breaking the doorknobs' and lots of other silly small stuff that were still intact the day i left. they also used my despoit to paint the deck(which i was never on)because they said i abused it. umm what else oh and how did they charge me for 7 hours of cleaning the bathroom'''' what do you do for cleaning a 5X5 bathroom for 7 HOURS'''' other than the stupid desposit struggles that i had- i had a good, problem free time there. i would recommend it. just be sure to do the walk thru at the end with them-i should have

Are you sure you even got the right apartment??? First of all...I've lived there for over 2 yrs and as far as I know...they do not have a 9 mos lease. it's either 6 mos or 12 mos. Also..there isn't really a playground for kids. It shouldn't even be called a playground...it has almost nothing for kids to play on. no slide...nothing. And what are you doing walking pass the swing. it's not really even a swing. there is only one..that looks like it's about to break off and it's not even in the walking area. Anyways...I'm surprised you'll still recommend it after all those issues. I hate it here. the building is old...eventho they are tryin to make it look nicer. Parking sux. They started this thing where all resident needed a parking permit on their car...which they don't even enforce. I've looked around and about 90% of ppl don't even have one. anyways...so what did u get back....$100 something??? did u talk to Eugene??
