Cheap & Convenient From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have lived at LaVisa for the past two years and find it is o.k. for single people who are just looking for cheap rent & convenience for driving to work. It's location is great to get to any part of the greater Seattle area. The apartments are large & roomy and rent is cheap. The drawbacks; PARKING IS HORRIBLE and the buildings are old and starting to fall apart. The type of renters that live here is going down hill fast and between parties & car alarms, some nights you don't get much sleep.
