We've lived here just over a year, and were relieved when our 11-month lease came up and we could start looking for a new place. Apartments are a good size for the $$, and easy access to downtown Seattle via I-5, but that's the best I can say. Buildings could use updating.
The windows are old and only single pane (they're supposedly going to be updated soon, but it's been a year with no sign of change), so heating bills can get pretty high just to keep the place a normal temperature. Parking isn't that great, although it's improved since we first moved here. But there is no parking for guests, and a flier from management (one of MANY that are sent out on various topics) has warned that non-resident cars will be towed. Maintenance isn't efficient (we've called several times about problems with our dishwasher and a leak in the bathroom, but have never seen evidence of anything being worked on). Management isn't helpful and hardly ever in the office. To top it off, our apartment was INCREDIBLY filthy when we moved in, and we had to clean it ourselves.

I'm almost relieved to see that someone has the same viewpoints as us, but we'll post our opinions a little later. I thought it was funny how many times they sent out notices about the parking situation and they claimed they would tow away cars that were in the same spots for a certain amount of time, but they never did. There was one car that was next to our reserved spot and it didn't move for at least 2 weeks. And there were other "free" spots that were taken up by the same cars for just as long. One SUV in the 3rd parking lot has had its window partially down and it hasn't moved in 2 weeks or so too. I believe that they sent out at least 3 notices in the past 6 months or so about this. People parked in our reserved spot several times, so we had to call the towing company ourselves with the residential towing card that we received. There are more things that I'll add later in my review.
