Park Place By The Woods

Can't wait to finally move From: anna0515mx Date posted: 2/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 2 photos   Yep this place really isnt worth it, hopefully the new management helps this place get better. the new and old staff were always nice, its just the place is so dirty. Example the laundry room: people being to lazy to go all the way outside to throw their trash and just throw it in the trash can in there or they just let it pile out of the dumster even when there still is room in there. the hallways obsurve all the smells, so its always something different but u can always smell pee. people smoke on their way in or out of there. the cabinets doors are just pieces of wood screwed on. but the good thing is you get new stoves and refrigerators. theres this whole w/ a fence and trees that when it rains gets full w/ water the bad thing is that it over flows to the apartments onthe 1st level. so if u r moving to this place try to get somewhere on the 2nd or 3rd level. noise isnt so much of a problem now than it was at the begining, the staff is very good in trying to make ur stay as confortable as they can. well wat more can i say oooohh if you have an extra 20 bucks a month the assigned parking is worth it cause if your comming from work kinda late ur gonna have to make a lil walk. and make sure u take the face plate off ur stereo if it has one cause when i had verly moved my car got stolen and alot of people had their car broken into just for stereos even someone that had a cassette player. its been a while. and be careful about the dennys near by the cops are always there arresting someone cause they caused trouble or even shot someone. so yea i would recomend somewhere else than here after a year im done and moving out.
