I hate this place & can t wait to move! Trash isn t picked up often enough and frequently spills out all over the parking lot where the wild cats and rats get to it. The parking lot has drug bags and used condoms in it and the lighting is horrible. I don t feel safe at night. Last year they kept trying to tow my son s car as inoperable when we have had it the entire time we have lived there, it has current tabs and he drives it almost every day! And they want $15 a month extra if you want to park in front of one of the buildings but they don t even give you covered spaces for your money. The play areas are dangerous and the swing set on the west side of the complex is falling apart one day a kid will get hurt. The front lawn is always soggy and kids have no safe place to play. There is always water running down the entrances onto Southcenter Blvd and if it freezes at night LOOK OUT: the entrances all slope down to the main street and you will slide right out into traffic!!!! The electrical outlets are old and plugs don t stay in. Maintenance is a joke. I ve been asking for tub guards since I moved in because the water just runs right out onto the floor when we shower, but still nothing. My bathroom sink leaks and they did come in once but never did anything to it. Hot & Cold handles are backwards in several apartments, but not even on each sink within the apartment! They raise the rent a LOT and I have never seen any improvements for the money and I have never received any benefit of paying so much more. I pay for a good apartment but feel like I live in the ghetto! I have lost track of how many management teams have been through, although I know that one of them has been in twice. Doesn t matter, none of them help. Some of the apartments are health hazards. They flood and no one fixes the issue. They just put the tenants in a different apartment and put someone new in the flooded one after they have dried & repainted it. The mold level in those apartments is horrible! It goes halfway up the walls. Overall stay away. If you want to live in a dump at least go find one that costs less!
