Thee Worst! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I lived in these apartments for only a short year... and it was thee absolute worst apartment experience I've had. My next door neighbor would stare out of his window, follow me around, make false noise complaints and do other rude things. Being a young woman, I thought the Community Manager would understand -- she said there was nothing she could do. It took me calling the cops to get this guy to leave me alone. Before I moved out, I scrubbed the apartment top to bottom. The Assistant Manager said she had never seen a newly vacated apartment so clean and that they were going to be renting my former unit out two days later. Thinking about the comment that the Assistant Manager had said, I figured I'd get my full if not MOST of my refund back. That was not the case, they said they held $200 (I had an increased deposit -- total of $700) for Painting and Carpet Cleaning. I asked for an itemized receipt and never received it. I finally got my $500 back and settled for that because I didn't and do not want to have anything to do with that horrible place again.
