The apartment itself is large and light with extra closet space. However, the plaster on the walls in some spots is coming off and things are just done on the fly, just like... this will do for now. These are older apartments though and they do have mold in the walls.

I have lived here for a few months and am so happy there has not been a lot of noise from kids running around. There is the occasional loud car in the parking lot and constant traffic noise from the freeways. But I have a great view of Mt. Rainier to make up for that.

The manager is nice and good at her job. The maintenance is done when a request is put in.

Front loading washer is small, and clothes get dry if you don't load it up all the way. You get basically 3/4 a load done for $1.50 for wash and same for dry. But nothing has been stolen.

I have not seen very much crime up here on "the hill" as this part of the neighborhood is called. However, need to run down to the store for milk and eggs' Plan on getting in your car, get on the freeway and drive to the next town. Unless you want to give your money to the price-gouging ARCO station down the hill. I encourage everyone to not support them!

I dread next year when this place turns into low-income only apartments. In general, there is nothing wrong with low income renters. I am a low-income renter and I'm quiet and considerate. But having the whole entire complex low income'

Parking: People use the guest parking up storing their cars and the management is very slow to do anyting about it... never seen a car towed. So, your guests might have to park far away.

I have good reason to believe there is mold in the walls. Since I have moved in there has been an unexplained bad smell in this apartment. I finally found the source which was a small hole in the wall near the base board. The smell was very strong. Patched it up and also plugged up along the base boards in all the rooms. Smell is now gone. It was mold all that time. So if you move in here, just use that Great Stuff and carefully go along the base boards not putting too much so that the carpet can tuck back under. Also makes it warmer in here.
