Apartments are not worth it for the dollars which we pay. Management keeps on increasing the rent every quarter. Dont move here. This is hell creek.

Well that kind of conflicts with the GVA KIDDER MATHEWS. report on Apartments in the South end. They rate The Samara's as #4 out of 100. sorry to hear you were evicted.
