Answer to Bed Bug Prone

First of all Bed Bugs are not common to the Pacific Northwest. The problems the Samara had were caused by Bugs being transported here from other Countries. I have lived here 10 years and the management took every step even replacing my carpet to solve the problem.
Maintenance request were always taken care within 24 hours and the management was and still is great.
Sorry your experience was so bad, that is why their are always two sides to every story.
