There was one review on here that pretty much hit it on the nose about the noise and suspicious gang activity. Its bad in the areas close to Pacific HWY and no place for a family unless your ok with that kind of atmosphere. Plus this apartment is set up right in between a highway and a major road...plus that new monorail was in "testing" stages before me and my son left, which was right on time because that thing is LOUD..and unhealthy. I suggest you do your research before considering this place (sex offenders, lawsuits, education, etc..)
