Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I just moved from W Colonial 3 days ago. Right before my move we were all notified that Powell Prop Managent is taking over instead of a CA co they had before. I think they will be screening better (lets hope). Keep in mind that the light rail system is being installed RIGHT NEXT TO THE COMPLEX. So, from the airplane noise and the 518 noise.. you will have to deal with that. Not to mention the surrounding apt complexes are just plain nasty (full of drug deals day/night). There is NO place for kids to play and the complex is right off Southcenter Pkwy, which is a super busy road. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
