Great experience so far! - We just moved into these apartments a few months ago and we love it! The neighbors are all friendly and just the fact that the apartments are new is amazing. Hidden and Extra Fees We lived here for a year and were amazed at the 200.00 non refundable administration fee plus the 200.00 security deposit. Upon move out we found out that they charge a standard cleaning fee (regardless of the hours we put in scrubbing)of 95.00 that comes out of the deposit.

Been there four years and NO PROBLEMS I have no idea what all the complaining on this site is about unless the only people who post are pissed. Management has been prompt and responsive to requests for maintenance, the crew is competent. I haven't seen any of the mold or issues discussed

TERRIBLE!! These apartments are terrible..they NEVER shoveled the sidewalks during the snow. nor did they plow any of the parking lots. people's car and trucks were stuck all the time. the management was terrible and very rude. the work out facility was never cleaned and non of the equitment
