TERRIBLE!! These apartments are terrible..they NEVER shoveled the sidewalks during the snow. nor did they plow any of the parking lots. people's car and trucks were stuck all the time. the management was terrible and very rude. the work out facility was never cleaned and non of the equitment

Solid choice. The office and maintenance staff are helpful, proficient, and responsive. The apartment, while not luxury, is adequate overall. We have lived here for over a year now and are glad of our choice of complexes.

Not impressed This place has great views and great move in specials... once my lease was up, they totally jacked our rate if we stayed.
Also mold problems. Our dryer was broke for 6 months - repair guy nice, but Montair would not just let them replace it.

The worst apartment ever! Do not fall into the trap of these lying reviews. This place i sthe worst crap hole you can imagine. It should be condemmed for the coakaroaches and mold. The owners are slum lords who change managers like they are underwear. The management just gets worse and worse.

This place sucks Mold Mold Mold thats all you get here and the new management sucks. Thjere has been numerous construction projects take place and they exspect the current and new tenats to absorb these costs. All I have to say is don't rent here it will keep going up monthly.
