I've lived in this community for 2 years. It is a safe place and is reasonably quiet. Upkeep is good. Parking spaces are too tight. I have dents and knicks in my car from people opening their doors and bumping the car.

Management- They get things done, but not overly friendly. Don't ever tell them that you are thinking of moving, they treat you like you are nothing. There is no respect or courtesy for GOOD tenants who pay their rent on time and take care of the property.
