manager doesnt know much english. her favorite word is okay. her asst is no help. They both are uptight, really need to relax. can't get anything resolved it's always okay, we'll take care of it. days into weeks, weeks into months.. had a funky order in my unit for months.. told the manager about it as soon as i noticed and she said she'll take care of it. told her maintenance guy to start gutting the place and come to find out theres been a water leak that mildewed (which she said was not) the carpet, had animal piss from forever ago (which she said was not) in the cement... however, i confirmed it with a professional before i moved out and they said that's exactly what it was. To top it off!! the maintenance guy told me they are fixing the leak, cementing the ground but not replacing the foam and carpet. that's so disgusting!!! I would recommend doing all the units again... seems like the only thing they kept up with is the pool area/ office space. I should of sued them for so many things... so many promises.. I had my new born daughter and my 3y/o in the mix of this. Just imagine how difficult this transition was. It could of caused a really bad health problem to our family. This is a lesson to every property manager and gives a bad name to the second highest property on MONOPOLY!! Haha.
P.S every property should have specific units for PETS.
