Worst place I have ever lived.

These apartments are poorly maintained by the management company who is too cheap to fix basic stuff like stairs, circuit breakers, electrical outlets and mold. It may look nice on the outside but the basic structure of the apartments is rottening and falling apart. I tripped and fell down the stairs several times because the wood steps are chipped on the edges, nearly all the electrical outlets in my apartment were stripped so I had to use extension cords because the plugs to my appliances would fall out of the sockets. The circuit breakers and plumbing hasn't been updated since the 1960's when the apartments were built so they isn't enough electricy to run your computer and vacuum cleaner at the same time with overloading the circuit and the power going out. They cleaned up the visisble mold in the bathroom but now it's growing back because they didb't bother to look for the cause of the mold. I was lucky if I got ten minutes worth of hot water out of the shower and often didn't have enough hot water to fil the bath tub. Galena the office manager is cold and rude and pretends that she doesn't understand english and speaks with a heavy russian accent. I am so relieved to have finally gotten out of that horrible place but I think it should be condemned by the city.
