We lived at the Stonegate apartments for about five months and we had a really pleasent experience there. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Also the fix it guy would come pretty promply and they would fix whatever You needed to be fixed. The apartments are a little older but they keep the grounds nice and well lit at night. Also parking is nice...each renter gets one covered parking but they have a lot of open spaces for additional cars or visiters. Probably the only down side is that there is only one trash complacter....but other then that I had a really great experience there and would recommend it to others. But You do have to pay for sewage, trash, and water.
