Managment doesn't get the place cleaned up before you move in like they should. Most of the places are still damaged when you move in. There was a problem with our toilette that took them around four months to fix. Then they tried to charge for the water damage. There was all kinds of mold in the wood from the leak. They just covered it back up and left all the mold. We were going to renew our lease but we kept getting sick. I have seen mold in other peoples apartments here and don't know how they ever pass inspection.

The landlords friends were always in my parking spot and were never towed. They don't do anything about cars parked in fire lanes either. The managers children will play in the bed of your truck if it's not covered and they have been caught many times with lighters. The manager lets them run around and never watches them. Don't move here if you're in the military or they will discriminate.
