I lived here for 1 year and here is what they did.

1. Signed a 1 year lease and didn't offer any kind of special or deal for 1 year lease.

2. Apartment is moldy.

3. Promises made but never will fullfill.

4. Charges extra after paying for pet fee.

5. We paid for professional cleaning before moving out and they refused to refund deposits for move in and pet fee.

6. Charged fee for their cleaning even after we paid and provided reciepts for professional cleaning.

7. Always yelled at their tenants.

8. Company owner doesn't care if manager is unprofessional.

9. Will make some kind of excuse for any damaged in apartment.

10. Apartment managers kids roam complex and vandulize tenants vehicles.

11. Accused my friend of braking fence and will not provide the video that they said they saw him doing.

12. People always park in your cover parking and management doesn't care.

13. When calling or paging management in an emergency, they don't respond right away, you will have to go bang on their door.

There are many more. If you like this place and want to move in Good Luck and best of luck with management.

I lived there and the management sucked we lived there for a long time and we always got dumb notes on the door for dumb things people always parked in my moms spot and wouldnt move my mom knocked on the door of lillian and her daughter answered and said if its not a fire dont come over I hate that place and our stuff was old and grose

thank you for you review we just bouth a car and the managers kids scratch it my husband was so angry but we didnt have proofs that they did it but they are always playing around the car and we heard the managers kids talking bad about ------- americans, samoans, --------, and oriental people.... and if this kids are talking like this its because they learnd everything at home.... i'm very angry =X and sad to be living like this and the owner doesnt do anything......
