To understand the complexities of this living enivronment, you would have to experience it first hand. First the manager is an unkept, foul mouthed, and ignorant. i have tried to avoid. She wears her pajamas to show an apartment, cusses at you for complaining about unruly kids that run the parking areas till 2am or later, and the fact which makes it worse some of the are her own kids. To swear at a paying tenanent and say, ( i hate this F*****) is grounds to terminate her employment, yet they keep her on as the manager. they dont fix anything, She does not enforce rules, les they benefit her. I was conned when i came to live here. I am military and was told this is a nice place to live, boy was i duped. I have informed the base to ad these apts as off limits for off base housing. they have swindling money from us, saying breaking a lease due to military deployment is not allowed to break a lease. be careful despite the low prices, its not a steal, but more of a hassle
