I moved in at the end of July and have never meet the property manger Lillian. Well today she goes pounding on my door like she is the police. I was at work so I called her and right away she has an attitude. I asked her to be calm and we can work this out and she continued to call me self centered and she would have me and my 1 year old son out on the streets begging for food. She called me a liar and told me I was "ghetto". I continued to ask her to lose the attitude. There is mold in all the window sills one of my toilets has broken twice and the other one has broken and they have blamed the problem on me, and they still haven't fixed them. They will fine you 50$ if your child writes on the sidewalk with chalk of all things chalk it rains here so much in WA that it would wash away the next day. I have notes on my door all the time telling me I need to go talk to them. Well thats hard when the office is never open. Lynn has no clue what she is doing she is never there is a liar. She is very rude to me on the phone and then tells you one thing and then turns around and tell Lillian another. Lillian doesn't know me and she has no right to talk to me the way she did. Do not live here you will regret it.

Don't act like you're all innocent. I was your neighbor and my wife and I had to call security numerous nights because of your LOUD late night, into the morning, partying. Your little gal pals looked like crack whores. For all I know, they probably are hookers, with all the different men that were coming and going from your apartment. If Lillian really did call you ghetto, in my opinion, she was right on the mark. If it looks like a duck and acts like a duck, ITS A ------- DUCK! And I have to say, I've been living at Valley View for a little over a year now and I have never had a problem with getting a hold of someone in the office. Lynn is always in there when I pay my rent and when I use the treadmill and I use the treadmill 4 days out of the week. I just think you have a stick up your ass because Lillian yelled at you and told you how it is. I'm glad they made you move. That shows my wife and I how much they care about protecting their residents from having to live next to horrible, inconsiderate neighbors like you.

The previouse response to this post by "Anonymous" accurately reflects the personality of the majority of occupants. Most are not very neighborly or friendly at all.
