I have lived in the Valley View appartments since 2007, and I really have no major issues with anything in or around the area. The Management has been nothing but helpful with handling any issues that come across. The overall condition of the apartments have been outstandings. There were a few nights where the neighbors were being too loud, but that was nothing more than taking responsibility and talking to them my self, and since then we have had no problems. The kids in the area often run around and make some noise, but what more can you expect from 10 yr olds in the area. I have been reading a lot of reviews about the compelx and I honestly belive that the majority of the complaints come from people who have never taken responsibility for their actions or other for that matter. If you are looking for nice area to live in, that is close to your work place then I would recommend living here.

i dont know what world your in but that is nothing like valley view. you must have your head shoved up lillians fat ass!!!

The previouse response to this post by "Anonymous" accurately reflects the personality of the majority of occupants. Most are not very neighborly or friendly at all. I agree in that children need a place to play. The children never bothered me. Infact I rather enjoyed their company while walking my dog. They were very kind and would even treat my dog sometimes (always asking nicely if they could first) The children are very well behaved. My problem was with the rudely written notices posted in stairwells when they were repaving the parking lot. It was nice to be informed of alturnative parking but the threat of towing listed 3 times on one notice was rather rude. Why assume that the tennants will not listen and threaten them over and over in one notice. Why not state ONCE that regreatfully we will have to tow anyone not in compliance with these rules for the betterment of the community instead of assumeing no one will comply and threatning them over and over before there is even a problem?
