I have lived in Valley View for about a year, and I moved out. They tell you about all the rules they have, yet NOBODY follows or enforces them. Quiet hours after 10pm, yeah right. There are a mob of kids which apparently have no parents to tell them what to do. They don't prorate. The management tries to rush you out with made up stories of people that want your apartment who are in dire needs, but its all made up. You can hear on a daily basis other neighbors fighting, yelling, getting the cops called on them, ghetto types walking around shirtless, etc. The speed bumps are ridiculous. They charge too much considering that there is a trailer park across the street. I will make sure to refer Valley View to Fort Lewis so that no other military families who are facing deployment have to go through what we have been through.
