Nice place - Very quiet place, maintenance guy is awesome. The grounds are kept nice and I dont have anything negative to say except this. New Management I live here with a roommate and it is quite clean and peaceful not to mention has very competitive rents. Cascade Terrace has new owners and management who are friendly and helpful also who are revamping the place. I would recommend living here!

Do Not Rent Here!! Oh my God this place is a mold infested, rat infested cess pool. Management doesnt care and maintenance when it gets done is poor quality. The mold issue is in every apartment and the management denies it when you ask about it. They raise the rent stating repair and upkeep
