Terrible - The Management is rude and incompetent. The Maintenance staff does not know what they are doing. If you do have a problem don't expect it to be resolved. The staff will pretend to be concerned and then gossip about you the minute you are out of ear shot. The residents are either doing drugs or dealing them. They do not enforce their own policy's. Update! - First things first, since the last reviews (more than two years ago), nothing has changed. The windows are molded and leak badly. Forget about new working appliances, they will just keep sending the repair guy, with no appliance experience, to band-aid the appliance.
