Great Spot and Good Folks! - I really enjoy this apartment. The staff has been helpful quickly responding to any concern I have had. It is quiet, clean, with a great manager, sweet pool and hot tub and exercise room. Right outside my window there is a horse farm! I watch the horses and feel like I am in the country, though I am right in the middle of the city. I would definitely give this a 10 rating. ...Full review of Village at Van Mall

Used to be a great place NOT ANYMORE - This place used to be great, probably the best I've lived in a long time, but the people they allow to move in here now are awful. Playing their music and movies way to loud and don't stop when I complain. Long story short is I will ne moving out ASAP. They are WHITE TRASH. I love to hear my apartment rattle all the time. ...Full review of Mission Hills

Not For Hard-Working Individuals Or Families - We moved into Sterling Heights almost immediately after arriving in Vancouver, WA from out-of-state. We are a family consisting of my husband, our two year old daughter, our litterbox-trained cat, and myself. When we moved in, it was a dream come true. We had lived in some god awful apartments where we came from, so this complex was amazing... at first. Our upstairs ...Full review of Sterling Heights

Ask questions! - Upon moving out, the promised refund is not really a refund at all. After all was said and done, the Security Deposit was used for carpet cleaning and apparently a standard cleaning fee. Neither of these were disclosed up front. Maintenance calls were also an issue. I asked for my washer and dryer to be fixed four different times - and the problem was never really fixed. ...Full review of Village at Cascade Park
