I have lived here awhile and everything is going down hill. I know they had a issue about the maintenance man but there is no excuse the property should look this bad. Everything in the apartment needs to be up graded. Management is never in the office. I work all week and need to go in on a Saturday to touch base and they are closed. They have been closed 3 weekends in a row. We had screaming a fighting in parking lot the other night and it took 2 hours to get this resolved. I am not a complainer but what else can I do. My elderely mother will not even come over and visit because she feels unsafe here.

I don't blame you going down hill. I had the same experiences as you with the staff. I suggest if you want to have a very happy life, the best thing you can do for yourself would be to move. Check out the Castle Apts. They are $765 for a 3/2 bath. Utilities paid, and a nicer place to live. Get out of there while you still have your sanity. Also take some time to really check out other properties while you can. Make sure when you check out other properties, you look at the surroundings, talk to neighbors, talk to others that have lived in the property you are deciding to move into. Don't go into it blindly. If your not happy about going home after a long day's work, then what other paradise can you claim as your own? I wish you the best of luck in your search for the perfect home.

I am the manager of Alder Creek Apartments, and I must say, caught off-guard by these comments. Obviously, everyone has the right to their opinion, and to those who are unhappy as a residents here, I would like to apologize, however, I do not agree with the comments made. I am aware of the disturbance that did occur, and this has been addressed. Although this was a disturbance to residents, I would like to point out that it was simply a heated argument, and at no time was anyone???s safety in jeopardy, and although law enforcement was called, no arrest was made. With respect to anyone feeling unsafe, that is a subjective opinion. I myself have been a resident at Alder Creek and (4) current staff members are residents, all of whom feel very comfortable in our community. No neighborhood is without problems. With respect to the community going ???down hill???, I completely disagree. The maintenance staff is highly capable and very conscientious about the appearance of the property. In the past four years, the property has underwent numerous improvements to include: exterior paint, (2) new pool liners, a new hot tub, property line and pool fences, newly remodeled recreation room and fitness center, both laundry rooms remodeled, office area and clubhouse remodeled. On June 2nd of this year, we are excited to announce we will be installing a brand new beautiful playground! I personally think we have a great community with wonderful residents, and we work hard to make our community a nice place to reside. For anyone who does not understand the nature of this website, I think it is important to note, that my only way to respond to a complaint is just that, I can only respond. I cannot post any comment unless I want to pay money to do so???? I am proud of my staff and our community and can say this without any reservation. Thank you for listening.

Beware, this manager is never around. I always had to deal with her assistant who never did anything about the drug dealing going on upstairs from me. Police had lasers in the hall screaming at the guy at one point and 4 months later when I moved, he still lived there. I did not like bringing a baby up in that type of environment, so we moved!
