I'am a resident at Alder Creek Apartments and I can surely say with confidence that it is not as bad as this individual makes it out to be. The reason why the playground has been torn out is because there will be new one installed. Employees may speed over the limit, however they do not tear through the place. There are leash laws and cleaning up after your dog is required. It is not the employee's fault if residents choose not to fallow such rules, it would be ridiculous for the manager to walk around and enforce this rule. And it is not such a big deal if employees barrow tools for personal use! almost every occupation has this going on. It is not a bad place, but it is not some utopia with the roads painted gold, it is an apartment complex and on that note it is a great place to live.

Every time we give our opinion of Aldercreek management gets someone to respond. This community is awful and falling apart. I think Alder creek boss up at Pinnacle needs to know what is going on. Property is being destroyed and management will not say anything to the kids parents who are doing it. And yes we see people in the maintenance shop all the time that do not belong there. I know of about 20 people who can vouch for the bad things here...

I have to say that I must agree this place is a big mess. Dog crap everywhere, the parking lot has large holes all over it, the staff do nothing about what others do. We had a man who lived here do so much that the manager didn't get rid of him for over a year. She says she felt sorry for the mans mother but what about those who live here and what we all had to put up with from the man. Dogs run loose all over and the ones who live at Oak Creek apts let their dogs run loose on this place and that adds to the dog crap that never gets cleaned up. We even have people here who are in wheelchairs and if the dog crap doesn't get cleaned up then it could get tracked into that persons carpet. I have also scene staff employees and non employees remove items from the shop. I even saw the manager and her husband take Alder Creek property put it in her white van to her home and use it. I call that stealing. It doesn't belong to you it is thieft pure and simple. I have seen many things happen. They think they can do anything because the owner doesn't see it. What does the property owner say? Who replaces the item if it is damaged or restolen?

I also agree! This place is horrible! It is very obvious managers are the only ones posting the perks of this place!

(Some one should contact the owner) you will have to get the ball rolling by contacting the "owner", which in most cases you will never get ahold of. For this reason, "In fact, we are the largest fee manager of multifamily housing in the country." This came from their web site. SOOOO...talking to the owner, not going to happen(unless you do a Title search and just maybe the true owner(s) will be listed). Talking to a HUGE corporation who can careless about your dislikes and managements faults or lack of duty...///shrug...Good luck...try the BBB and housing athority...contacting the BBB will get some ones attention.. AS for the dog dooooo...yes it is the mangers duty to make sure the "RULES" are followed..so yes I would expect them to give notice to the ones who do not clean up after their dogs or do like some apartments have done, MAKE A DOG RUN AREA. And if the mangers are responding on this web site as some think, tell me this....when a kid gets bit by a dog and you and the company get sued, what will you do then? To the renters, CALL THE SPCA! yep i also agree this place is bad . i have lived here , have see things to , the owner dose nothing he need to fire them all , get new people that know what they are doing , know the laws of being a fare landlord and for them make shure the leash laws they dont care they say they do but do nothng a bout it. and people that live ther dont care a bout there dogs taking a ---- where ever thay want , dont even cleaning it up. and for leting people having sex in the laundry room is sick and wrong.
