So Alder Creek is my home. Has been for five years. I would not have been here this long if this place was poorly managed or maintained. My thought on the management teams is they know how to do their jobs. They are always professional and courteous. Maintenance knows how to fix most of the problems and if they don't they bring in outside help. As for the price, it seems a little high, but if you think about it, it's a market rate for having two nice pools, a club house and fitness room. I am raising three kids here and I am very proud of where I live. If I thought it was a bad place to live for my kids, I would have moved years ago.
