all i have to say is please dont wast your time moving in here. the landlord is joke and dose not know her respondsibilites as a landlord. i have needed repairs and have ask them to fix it , they come to my appartment , do a haff --- job becouse it is still not fix.oh just to let you know also it appears that she is a racist. so if you dont want to get discrimminated against than i would find another palace to live .what she need to do is understand the landlord tenant laws .also to let you know there is drug deals an dappears some gang activity. oh the so called security are unresponable and also do not do there job as they should.there is lots of drug and gang writing on walls .. please if your thinking of moving into this place please ... please over look it and move on to a nother place you will not be happy there , the manager will make very hard for you to live there TRUST ME

what are you talking about?! Why can't people spell and explain themselves appropriately?? She is not racist, I'm a minority and have never found her to be... relax... have you lived in an apartment complex before? I have not seen any gang activity here!

umm yes that scum bag is a racist and she is a pice of ---- and in time she will get into truble for her actions. and she has to be fired .trust me. dont move in there the manager is RACIST !!!!! and gang activity is there if you know what to look for you will see it

I think the manager should sue you for libel! This sort of trash talk deserves a spot on daytime TV... Jerry-Jerry-Jerry... You have a serious problem and should move. I am a minority as well as my husband and we have never experienced anything remotely close to racism from the staff here. We have never seen any gang activity here either. Are you looking too hard for gang signs??
If anyone is reading what this person has to say, please read elsewhere! I really appreciate my apartment during these tough economic times and though it may not be the creme de la creme of Vancouver, the grounds are nice, the staff is courteous and I have never had any issues with repairs.
Actually, it appears you only lived here in 2007 and probably have moved since then, so shut your mouth and go complain about your new manager or something. SERIOUSLY! Or get a hobby that doesn't involve trying to ruin people.

Wow! I understand people get angry when they feel they have been wronged although there must be a bit of truth to some of the issues here. I have been here for six months now and I have seen a lot of cops here just with in the last few months, including tenants being drunk and domestic abuse. I witnessed those as well. Sometimes I stay up later in the evening and there is a lot of traffic around here for those later hours. There was an issue with another tenant and my husband. The other tenant went to the manager and exaggerated a problem making my husband sound horrifying. The manager had brought this to my attention making him out to be a monster! I was shocked to hear this. I quickly asked my husband to clear this issue up with the manager. He explained the situation to them and all was fine. My husband is sometimes misunderstood with his firm tone and masculinity. It seemed to me the other person involved was already in a bad mood and dealt with it in a negative way. Although the reverse beeping function on her vehicle can not be turned off, until I get an air conditioner for my unit my toddler will be waking up at all hours to the annoying loud beep-beep-beep below her bed room window during the summer months
