I have lived here from about 4 years and it has done nothing but go down hill. Trash everywhere and the maintenance guys drive right by it and do not pick it up. Do not go into the culdesac because you might get nails in your tires or run over furniture. Some of us residents are thinking about getting a petition together to send to pinnacle somebody can do something about the trash everywhere and do not forget the kids on the garage roofs that is so dangerous. If you say the word Alder Creek to anyone they will say we are the ghetto just like the other apartments around us.
