I moved in to Alexan in February and decided on a townhome along the railroad. There is RR noise, but it isn't as bad as I had anticipated. I haven't heard a neighbor yet. The office staff is overly accommodating and has bent over backwards to make sure that I was perfectly happy when I moved in. Since the weather has changed, living along the river walk and close to Beaches has been so awesome. I have never been in such a nice place and believe that for the price, you get a lot of home. I just wish I could have lived in a river view home, apparently these have been best 4th of July view of the fireworks.
