My Husband and I have been here for almost 2 years and have nothing but rave reviews. I have never lived in a nicer rental community, we have ample parking, everything is always very clean and tidy. I would say the planes are not a problem, that's part of living in the city.. The office and Maint. staff is very helpfull. If you are looking for the best community in Vancouver, this is the place.
