If your moving to the area and need a place to stay for a few months while looking for a house these apartments might work for you. We've lived here 6 months and that's enough. It's nice having two restaurants and a coffee shop in walking distance but airplane noise coupled with nearby railroad tracks cancel that benefit. Worst of all is the Pigeons. The flying rats are everywhere. They make the patio useless and cleaning of porch and car a weekly event. If you need something short term its OK, long term I think you can do better by shopping around.
