We recently moved out due to needing more bedrooms, but were sad to go! The on site manager is fantastic and we appreciated her knowing what was going on. Parking was a pain in the ass and sometimes it took awhile for maintenance to show up, but overall a great place to live. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

My fiance and I have been living in Andresen Park Apartment for about 6months now, and we really appreciate the kindness from our manager on property she is really friendly and always make sure that every things going okay. We have come across two things that really bothered us, and that is the fact that we live upstairs and when we relax outside on the lanai we are looking dierectly at our neighbors living room, so the apartment spacing isn't to far apart. The second thing was the parking, you have one assigned parking and if you choose to have a second car or you do have a second car you are to park in a none parking number stall and that is quite difficult finding one that is near your apartment. but besides the down side of this every thing is okay. I will definitly recommend this place. Its affordable, and the layouts not that bad. see for youself come on by and meet the friendly manager on property. She's a sweetheart...
