I went there in person and spoke to Loren and she said it would only be $300 for security deposit. When same person was spoken to over the phone she told a different story, I may have to pay twice the rent and may have to have a co-signer. I never had a app put through or anything. This to me is wrong to say different from the same person who never saw any information to come to this change of information. I have never had to have a co-signer ever and I can't see how someone on sec 8 would have to have this much money ever to rent an appartment. Someone on sec 8 wouldn't be allowed to ever have that much money in the first place in order to be on sec 8. If I had that much money in the bank I wouldn't be able to be on sec 8. I would loose my sec 8. Sec 8 is for low-income people. We don't have that kind of money. You be the judge.

The property isnt specifically run for people on Section 8 so it doesnt specifically cater to people on Section 8
