Ardendale has been sided, painted, and nice wood decks added to the upstairs apartments. Inside, the kitchens have some new cabinetry. The pool is clean, and the landscaping is very nice. Management has responded quickly to every repair request (all minor). We are new to Vancouver, but this is the nicest apartment & complex we have ever lived in.
