Wow, first off there are some retarded people living here, they are always trying to get in your business. Strangers will knock on your door and ask you random questions. Walls have NO insulation at all, you can hear toilets flushing, talking walking etc etc. Tenants will talk right outside of your windows and laugh loudly for hours. The -------- will mow lawns as early as 6AM!!!!
Prices are good, kitchen is horrible, Noise is unbearable. I would recommend moving in here only if you do not want to sleep or have any peace and quiet.

i agree. i actually had someone pee outside my window at night. i broke my lease and moved out early. the kitchen was covered in mold. not even 2 weeks after i left they moved in a new family without even getting rid of the mold issue first.

I agree, its pretty bad, but not as bad as the Mission Hills Apartments off of the NE 18th ST.
