They've remodeled the exterior of the buildings recently so that they look very nice but the interior doesn't seem to have been touched since sometime in the 80s. The cabinets particularly are in need of replacing as they have warped and peeled over the years. Loud noises from the neighbors are not at all uncommon and despite whatever methods management seems to have taken the area doesn't seem at that safe. It's not uncommon to see police vehicles in the parking lots and there's the occasional apparent OD. While there's no way to know if it occurs on property or not, there's often vehicles in the parking areas with broken windows. Stray cats (and their leavings) are also a frequent sight.

Management is polite and responds well enough to requests for maintenance but doesn't enforce the many "courtesy" rules. The only real convenience for the expense is being within walking distance of several businesses in the area.
