There's Good and there's Bad

The good:
Nice helpful management, Racheal is a sweetheart.
Good pet policy, and the deposit was cheap.
Maintenance is on top of things like crazy.
I want to address the people who complain about their outdated apartments-have you asked for these things to be changed' That's all it takes, you know' I got the mirrors removed from over my fireplace (honestly hideous), a new fridge, new flooring for my entire home, they removed my closet doors at my request (to put up curtains instead), and even painted my circuit box to match the walls.
The bad:
INCONSIDERATE neighbors. Loud, LOUD neighbors. Stupid a-hole that doesn't know to leash his dog, and then revvs his POS 20 yr-old acura for 30 minutes and then go back inside his apartment.
The walls are paper-thin. You can hear toilets being flushed. Not cool.
Basically, with stricter policies and some indoor refurbishing this place would be great. Oh yeah, and they raised the rent WAY too much, and this is the reason that I am moving out. I'm sorry $735 for a one-bedroom' Seriously'
