So, first off in response to the "good & bad". There are way more issues happening in these apartments besides the revving of the engine, and a unleashed dog. The management is a joke. They are so two-faced, they gossip about other tenants in front of other tenants, and there is a lot of snitching going on. The walls are so stinking thin that I can hear my neighbor kitty corner, and downstairs from me SNORING all night long, toilets flushing, people showering, I can hear car doors opening, slamming, I can hear every time my neighbor in the OPPOSITE building opens and closes her door! Oh my gosh, and this place has the highest amount of nosy people I have ever come across. These people are so freaking far in your business it is unbelievable! They snitch to management whenever you have company. A neighbor below me when crazy and started stripping in front of my door because she was off her meds, and I was awaken the following morning by her screaming up at another neighbors window at 8 am!! Did anyone say or do anything..Of course not..The management and tenants are very selective about who they put on a pedestal and who they put curbside. Ridiculous! and I can not wait until my lease is up so I can go. Apartment living already bites,but here is the worse place I have ever lived, I have had more dirty notes, phone calls, out of the scope of their business questions from the management team. When I lived in a smaller apartment complex, I never heard a peep from the landlord, didn't have too many incidents with the tenants and paid way less and had more privacy! The only sunny side of this place is that the maintenance team is on it. They get stuff done, and the location of the apartments close to 205, and hwy 14!

Haha, I agree with all that, and EVERYONE in the complex heard that crazy lady. I caught part of the yelling where she bragging about being an alcoholic. The cops were called, but didn't get there until she was gone.
