Too pricey.

I live in a different state now because of a job transfer but this is where I lived for a year and a half. I worked at the airport so the location was awesome! So close to Portland, you can get whatever you need on Mill Plain and 164th! Despite the location I never had issues with traffic noises.
Management changed once while I was there. The original two ladies were very classy, professional and caring but I didn't care much for the new ladies. One of them chews gum in front of her tenants and is pretty trashy. I rarely saw the other lady. They got the job done though and that's the only thing some people care for.
When my lease went up, my price went up drastically. I didn't realize my apartment was so overpriced until I started talking to other people living in the same area (I moved from Seattle and after the "you got the job!" phone call, I only had a week to get ready...always happens to me). I paid $675 for a year for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and after the lease it went up to $710. My friend that lives a couple streets away pays $599 for a better looking 1 bedroom.
The maintenance sucked because I didn't want anybody in my apartment without me being there and they were not willing to accommodate to that. I would ask for them at 4pm and they call saying they can't show up and they would call me the next day around 11am to see if they can come (hello, I'm a working girl and I can't be home at that time!). Oh, and they pissed me off numerous times when they ended up parking their van in my parking spot assuming I wasn't home or wasn't coming home for a while. The parking there is HORRIBLE so if I wanted to park in another spot until they were done as a courtesy, I'd have to walk from the end of the complex to my place and I wasn't about to do that.
I never felt unsafe there. It was pretty safe as far as I'm concerned.
In conclusion, it's not worth the price. If they lowered their price, it might be considered decent but they need to stop pricing their apartments as if they are high-end.....because sorry to say, it's not! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
