Overall i like the place. But I do have a few complaints.
Do not get a downstairs unit! We can hear the upstairs neighbors all the time. It sounds like elephants running around, but our neighbors are prolly barely passed 150lbs each if not less. Also, you can hear all their plumbing, and in the master bedroom you can hear them use the restroom! not just flushing, but their whole session!! And if they are taking a bath in the main bath we have to turn our TV up to hear it. If anyone has a TV on upstairs in the bedrooms too, you can hear it at night easily.....
The management is nice though!! And the maintenance is nice too! When you report something wrong they come and fix it within a few days tops, but if its urgent or small they'll come the same day!!!
Great place if you have kids!!! There are lots of children around for them to play with! However, not good if you want a quiet place. Just get a unit not around the playground or the field and you wont hear them though.
The place is a bit chanky too... The appliances are nice, but the cabinets are falling apart as well as the doors and other structures. The washer however is very cheap, I have to wash everything on gentle or it wears the heck out of all of our clothes. Dryer is great though!
The place is right next to the freeway which is GREAT!!! get anywhere quick!!!! I love it!!
Place feels safe too. Multiple times we've accidentally left the doors of the car unlocked and no one has ever rummaged through the car, which is something that happened to us a lot at a complex is fisher's landing of all places! We can leave the bedroom windows opened at night and not feel uncomfortable. Cops drive by the main road that goes straight through the complex so they are always near by if something happens and keep watch.
They keep the landscaping nice, but the workers work on it to early in the day IMO, around 9am or so. But they have a job to do so you cant really complain.
Overall its not a bad place, just get an upstairs unit!!!
