My husband and I are currently looking to move out of Ashley Terrace. The parking situation is terrible! We cannot afford to pay the extra monthly fee to secure our own carport, and there are times when I have arrived home at 9:00pm or so to find not a single available parking spot in the entire complex! Other residents are having parking difficulties as well, as it is not uncommon to see a car parked along a yellow curb or even halfway on the sidewalk. What a mess...

The problem is not with ASHLEY TERRACE; it is with the residents that DO NOT follow the rules. The parking situation is not a secret, it is discussed at length with all new residents upon signing of their lease, residents are also cautioned against parking in the WHITE curb areas & HANDICAP parking spots, the problem is that people DO NOT LISTEN. Residents are also informed that if they park ILLEGALLY, their vehicle will be TOWED, these same residents get mad when it is actually done. There is enough space for EVERY apartment to have 1.5 vehicle. Many residents don’t have any vehicle but many residents have 2 or more vehicles. If the residents with excess vehicles would rent carports or garages for their extra vehicle, or park on the street (as requested), there would be ADEQUATE parking.
