Well managed and maintained. Things get fixed quickly and promptly. Construction however is poor that it easily allows sound between floors. Just walking on the floor has resulted in never-ending complaints from our lower floor neighbor. If you have children older than 10, you'll probably do alright, unless you like to dance or rough play with your kids (look for a ground-level unit).

Hollyrose is a sweetheart, who is upset because a disgruntled employee(billyg7968), is trying to give Ashley Terrace a bad name. I have lived at Ashley Terrace nearly a year now and I think it is a great community to live in. Like any other apartment, there will be noise above you if people live above you.

Give me a break, okay so Holly Rose is Shirley the manager and Billyg7968 is the fired maintenace person...Shirley was sexually harrassing him! He reports her to the authorities, she turns around and reports him for selling pot. Wow..do you want to be a part of this community. And couvblossom is Josie the current assistant manager.

There is nothing bad about this 118 unit complex. Over the years, I have referred many friends & family to this complex.
