When I first moved in it was a nice quiet community. It's located right across the street from a park with three ballfields and an elementary school. Close to two major freeways as well (I5 and I205).
However in the last couple of years things have gone downhill. I heard that last fall one of the units was raided by the swat team. The landlady siad yeah it happened, but refused to say why. The groundskeeping isn't what it used to be either.

Nice place, but they need to get back to how it was.

Hollyrose is a sweetheart, who is upset because a disgruntled employee(billyg7968), is trying to give Ashley Terrace a bad name. I have lived at Ashley Terrace nearly a year now and I think it is a great community to live in. The grounds are kept up beautifully, come look for yourself.

Wow.....as an outside observer looking to relocate to Washington, it's clear that there are some SERIOUS issues with management at this property. Whether or not the accusations of mismanagement are true the responses you have made back to posters are not being taken as tools to make the property better for your current residents (aren't they the most impotant issue here?). Maybe people posting oppinions have valid points that should be honestly addressed by management, and where needed, make changes. Don't take these experiences as personal attacks. All the name calling and juvenile behaviors do not lend to making me want to bring my family into this kind of chaos!

Like it WAS…. I don’t think so, or at least I hope not. BEFORE the current manager & her husband took over: the grounds were disgusting, there was trash everywhere & the grounds were unkept; the place was overrun with NIGHTLY loud parties; there was CONSTANT fighting among residents; people having sex in the pool, Jacuzzi, weight room, sauna & Club House rest room; unsupervised groups of children & teens running amuck & destroying the property; outsider coming in & using the pool, Jacuzzi & doing GOD knows what else. It took a lot of hard work & energy to get things to where they are today. The manager should be praised for her hard work & dedication, NOT RIDICULED for her every effort to maintain a higher standard of living for her residents.

There is nothing bad about this 118 unit complex, except for the disgruntled former staff, most of whom are former because they broke established rules. As a long time resident, alerted to this sight by another long time resident who was outraged by the negative comments about our beloved manager, I believe the negative remarks found here are from one or two of the most recently released staff or friends of said staff. Over the years, I have referred many friends & family to this complex, something I would have not done if any of the negative stuff listed here was out of the ordinary. Every apartment complex on this sight has problems, the only difference between our complex and theirs is that they DO NOT ADVERTISE their problems.
