Ashley Terrace is a wonderful place to live and it is not just an apartment, it is a community.

I have lived in apartments all my life, 40 plus years, and I have raised my children and grandchildren in Ashley Terrace. Ashley Terrace is the best place I have ever livedâ.
The friendly staff lives on-site and take their jobs seriously. Ashley Terrace is quiet, friendly and well taken care of. The grounds and amenities are kept nice and clean and all maintenance is done in a timely manner.
Ashley Terrace has a Club House where many community activities and private parties are held, in addition to a seasonal pool, year-round Jacuzzi, sauna, tanning bed and weight room. Each apartment has its own balcony, washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator and stove, most also have fireplaces. The 3-story townhouses each have their own garages and private parking space. There is on-site and street parking as well as reservable carports, garages and RV parking.
There is a large park across the street with a playground for the kids, baseball diamonds, basketball courts, lots of grass for walking your dogs, cement paths for rollerblading, jogging and bike riding, and a recreation center which houses an indoor pool, climbing wall and fitness center. On the corner, down the street is an elementary school and the middle school bus stops at Ashley Terraces driveway to pick up the kids and the high school is within walking distance. Approximately one block past the park is the local post office and a shopping center with a major grocery store, and several fast food places.
Ashley Terrace has more than the usual long-term residents, most of whom are usually friendly and willing to give a hand or directions when needed.
In order to maintain a high quality of living at Ashley Terrace, there are many rules that must be followed, (all of which are either in your lease or posted around the site) and no one is exempt from these rules, including the staff. All prospective residents must pass a background check and no one with a criminal history or bad credit makes it into Ashley Terrace.
Ashley Terrace is not a Gated or Guarded community; therefore, it is up to not only the staff, but the residents, to monitor and be responsible for themselves, their guests, children and pets, and to keep an eye open for any unwanted visitors, vandals and perverts.
So if you are a loud partier, a slothful individual, an obnoxious jerk, a thug, a thief, a drug addict, a degenerate/pervert or even a complacent parent with out-of-control disrespectful and/or destructive children/teens, Ashley Terrace is NOT the place for you!

There is nothing bad about this 118 unit complex. Over the years, I have referred many friends & family to this complex.

This review was written by my wife. It states all the reasons that my family chose Ashley Terrace for our home, and the reasons that we stay.
Please disregard all the negative responses made on this site, they are from former staff & their friends, which is only one of the reasons why the staff is not supposed to get too chummy with the residents, and why there is a rule pertaining to it.
