Ashley Terrace is just fine for the price. The neighborhood is relatively good. 4th plain West of here gets a bit rocky, but we are tucked back behind Bagley Park.
The parking can be an issue, but so is every other residence. The pool is always clean, the staff is finally suitable and friendly.
The quality of the utilities and items in the apartments are ok...I have had better though at different apartment complex's.
Overall, Ashley Terrace is just right. Prices range from 600-825.
