Everything about this property is great; management, maintenance, cost, location.
We have lived here TWICE in the last 10 years. After moving out of state due to employment issues, we once again found ourselves back in Vancouver. We would not have returned to Ashley Terrace if you did not enjoy our previous residency.
If you don't like this place, go away, we don't want you here anyway.
