Nice apartments and townhouses; good for the price. Amenties are nice however due to negligence on the tenants part ameneties often break down. Convienent location - close to schools, shopping (Vancouver Mall), resturants, etc.

The complex is quite however there is a very loud complex next door. They are also building a 150 apartment complex down the road.

The townhouses are not made for families. Especially not families with small children - there are 30 stairs total. If you are after space - rent a two or three bedroom and rent a garage. They are set up for bachelors or two roomates, not families. The two and three bedroom apartments are nice, however if you are in the middle, you will hear both neighbors above and below. I guess that is apartment living for you.

Pool is nice but cold most of the time. The spa is hot however the jets hardly ever work. The staff is nice, the manager Shirley is very FAIR and tries to be professional as possible. Josie, the assistant manager and Phil the maintenance guy ROCK! Phil fixes everything once and efficiently.

If you are a good tenant and are quite you will be fine. This is not the place for people who like to party or raise hell. There is a huge ball park and playground just across the street. Most of the people are working professionals, very friendly.

The rent seems to be incresing here though, the apartments are going for $75-$100 more a month and the townhouses are going for $60 more a month.

The old management company allowed the staff to have a winter and summer party which was really nice and promoted the community. The new management company does not allow this, not sure why.

Overall nice place to live - there will always be minor cons to apartments. Hey it is apartment living and is not a house!
