I am a former resident and only lived there less then 6 months. I have extreme mold problems in my closet and management would not come out and clean the it. Until I threatened to take them to court they paid the cost of my damaged clothes but still charged carpet cleaning and other expensive. The Worst apartment ever!

Very interesting. Why wait 3 years to post a rating on this community? I have lived here since 04 in 2 different units and have never had a problem with mold. The building are older (maybe 20 years) and don't have vinyl windows so there can be moisture/mold around the windows and siles if you don't clean them occasionally. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. The community is always kept in reasonably good condition and although things aren't perfect the staff seems to make an effort to take care of any problems you bring to their attention. Maybe you shouldn't pack your closet so full!
